Terms of Service

Effective Date: July 25, 2026

Last Updated: July 25, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of coursepolisher.com (the "Site") and any programs, strategy sessions, advisory services, Full Build projects, community, or other services offered by Healthy Destiny LLC, d/b/a Course Polisher ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By purchasing, accessing, or using our Site or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase our services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use our services. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Our Offers

We currently offer the following services (subject to change without notice):

  • The CBB 12-Step Business Development System — our proprietary framework for developing and building an online business, delivered through our programs and advisory work

  • 30-Day Biz Detox + Community — a group strategy program and community

  • 1:1 Sessions/Calls — individual strategy sessions

  • 1:1 Strategic Advisory — ongoing individual business development and strategy engagements

  • Group Strategy Sessions — strategic guidance delivered in a group format

  • The Full Build — a hands-on, high-touch business-building engagement in which the Company works directly with the client to build their business from the ground up — including full funnel architecture (not partial or "skeleton" builds), original copywriting, and complete messaging strategy — using the same system the Company has used to build its own business from idea to a fully built, launch-ready business — equipped and ready to attract and serve clients. Every Full Build is led and overseen by the Company (see Service Delivery, above); the work is never handed off to an outside agency or nameless third party. Smaller-scope implementation work (such as funnel polishing or messaging revamps) is also available and governed by the same terms (see Section 5).

  • The Integrity Collective — a Professional Implementation Partnership. Clients work directly with the Company as a strategic partner to install the strategic infrastructure of their business. This is not a coaching membership, group program, or beta offer — it is an Adult-to-Adult partnership centered on business development and operational excellence (launching separately; see Section 6).

Pricing is listed on the Site at time of purchase and is subject to change. Continued access to any purchased offer is subject to these Terms.

Service Delivery. Our services may be delivered personally by the Company's founder, or by strategists, coaches, or team members who are trained and directly led by the Company. Team-delivered work is never "outsourced" in the sense of being handed off to an outside agency or nameless third party — every team member operates under the Company's direct methodology, standards, and oversight. If a specific offer is delivered exclusively and personally by the Company's founder, that will be stated on the applicable sales page.

3. Payment

Payment is due in full (or per the payment plan selected) at the time of purchase. We currently accept Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, and may also accept other payment methods at our discretion — including but not limited to wire transfer, Zelle, or Cash App — where mutually agreed upon in writing. Payment methods outside our standard processors may carry different security, documentation, or dispute-resolution protections, and by choosing such a method, the client accepts that difference. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information.

4. No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any of the following:

  • The CBB 12-Step Business Development System

  • 30-Day Biz Detox + Community

  • 1:1 Sessions/Calls

  • 1:1 Strategic Advisory

  • Group Strategy Sessions

  • The Full Build

  • The Integrity Collective

This policy also applies to any future offers, programs, or services we introduce, unless a different policy is explicitly stated in writing for that specific offer at the time of purchase.

Why we hold this policy. When you purchase from us, you're gaining access to original intellectual property, hard-won clarity, and frameworks built from years of lived experience, real research, and personal work — none of which can be returned once shared. This includes access to proprietary training materials (whether delivered live or pre-recorded) and, for many offers, high-touch, personally-led components as well.

We also hold this policy because we want you making this decision from a place of full discernment and clarity — not under pressure, urgency, or persuasion, and not walking it back under pressure either. No countdown timers, no fake scarcity, no manipulation to get you in — and no guilt or pushiness to keep you in. Just you, your discernment, and one intentional decision, honored on both ends.

This applies regardless of how much of a program, service, or deliverable has been used, attended, or completed.

A note on hardship. This is a firm policy, and we don't make quiet exceptions to it. But we're also aware that life sometimes brings genuinely dire circumstances. If you're ever navigating something like that, you're welcome to reach out and Contact Us Here directly. We can't promise a refund — that boundary stands — but we can promise a real, human conversation, and we'll always try to see what, if anything, we're able to do.

5. The Full Build

The Full Build is our most hands-on offer: the Company leads and oversees the build of a client's business alongside them — funnel architecture, copywriting, and messaging — the same way the Company has built its own business, from idea to a fully built, launch-ready business — equipped and ready to attract and serve clients. As with all our services, this work is led and overseen by the Company (see Service Delivery in Section 2); it is never handed off wholesale to an outside team or agency.

This section also governs smaller-scope implementation projects — such as polishing, revamping, or refining an existing funnel, offer, or messaging — which are scoped and priced individually and may be offered under a different project name at the Company's discretion. Regardless of project size or name, all implementation work is project-based and governed by the following, in addition to the rest of these

Terms:

  • Scope of work. The specific deliverables, timeline, and scope for a Full Build project will be confirmed in writing (e.g., via a proposal, invoice, or agreement) before work begins. Anything outside that agreed scope is considered a new project and may require additional payment.

  • Revisions. Each Full Build project includes a limited number of revision rounds, as specified in the project scope provided at the time of purchase. Additional revisions beyond that limit may be billed separately.

  • Timeline and delays. Project timelines depend on timely client input (e.g., content, assets, feedback, approvals). Delays caused by a client's non-responsiveness may extend the delivery timeline accordingly and do not entitle the client to a refund or discount.

  • Client responsiveness. If a client becomes unresponsive for 30 or more consecutive days during an active Full Build project, we reserve the right to consider the project closed. No refund will be issued for work already completed or for the unused portion of the engagement.

  • Access to third-party accounts. Where a Full Build project requires access to a client's accounts (e.g., Systeme.io, domain, payment processor), the client is responsible for providing accurate access and credentials in a timely manner. We are not responsible for delays or issues arising from restricted or delayed access.

  • Ownership upon completion. Once a Full Build project is paid in full and delivered, ownership of the final deliverable transfers to the client, excluding any underlying frameworks, templates, or proprietary systems owned by the Company (see Section 9).

6. Recurring Subscriptions (Including The Integrity Collective)

This section governs any current or future offer billed on a recurring or subscription basis (e.g., monthly or quarterly), including but not limited to the Integrity Collective. If we introduce a new recurring offer in the future, it is automatically governed by this section unless we state otherwise in writing for that specific offer.

The Integrity Collective is a Professional Implementation Partnership, not a coaching membership or beta offer. Clients enter into a working relationship with the Company as a Strategic Architect — not a teacher — to install the strategic infrastructure of their company. This is an Adult-to-Adult partnership centered on business development and operational excellence, structured around direct strategic work rather than a curriculum or lesson-based format. The Integrity Collective is billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or quarterly, as selected at signup).

For the Integrity Collective and any other recurring/subscription offer:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Cancellation stops future billing — you will not be charged for the next billing cycle.

  • No refunds are issued for any amount already paid, including if you are on a quarterly (or other multi-month) payment plan and cancel partway through a paid period. You will retain access through the end of the period already paid for, but no partial refund will be issued.

7. Not Therapy, Not Financial Advice

Our strategy sessions, advisory services, programs, and content are for educational and business development purposes only. They are not a substitute for therapy, counseling, mental health treatment, legal advice, or licensed financial advice. You should consult the appropriate licensed professional for those needs. We make no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes, income, or results, as these depend on factors outside our control, including your own effort and market conditions.

8. User-Generated Content

By participating in our programs, community, or providing testimonials or feedback, you grant us permission to use that content (e.g., posts, testimonials, feedback, quotes) for marketing and educational purposes.

  • We will not use your name in connection with your content without your permission.

  • You retain ownership of your own content; you are simply granting us a license to use it as described above.

9. Community Rules and Conduct

If you participate in any community, group session, or shared platform associated with our programs, you agree not to:

  • Scrape, copy, or extract data or content from the community or Site

  • Post abusive, harassing, or disrespectful comments toward the Company or other participants

  • Steal, copy, redistribute, or otherwise infringe on our intellectual property or that of other participants

  • Solicit other participants for unrelated products, services, or opportunities

Violations may result in removal. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove any participant from the community, restrict access, or terminate an account for violation of these rules, with no refund owed for any remaining time or access.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and within our programs — including current and future frameworks, systems, and methodologies developed by the Company (such as the CBB 12-Step Business Development System), copy, materials, videos, worksheets, and community content created by us — is the property of Healthy Destiny LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, resell, or repurpose this content without our express written permission.

11. Termination

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to terminate or discontinue services, advisory relationships, or access to any program or community with any participant, at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.

Termination by us does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid, except as required by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Healthy Destiny LLC and its owner, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or participation in our programs or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Site and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Site or any program materials.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ohio.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
